RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the products through the website, we accept returns on the products and orders. Should you wish to return the products or the order, you can do so by placing a request by contacting us within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the products.
All return requests are subject to confirmation from our end towards the acceptance of the same. We request you to please wait for our confirmation before you dispatch the products to us.
Further, you will be liable to ensure that the products return to us within 15 days from the date of the email confirmation from our end towards the acceptance. Should there be any delay in the return process from your end, we will cancel your return request.

Contain original packing, tags and bills.
Not be washed or tampered
Note: We do not pay or compensate in any manner towards any charges and cost that shall be incurred by you for the purpose of shipping it back to us.
All products purchased from the sale section, or during a sale period are non-returnable.
You will have to email us at love@steppu.com within 7 days of receiving the product and we will accept the return. We do not pay for return shipping. We do not offer reverse pick up service as well.
CANCELLATIONS REQUESTS
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
